I took my chalkboard webs and made them digitally. This one feels a lot more organized than the chalkboard one (which read more like organized chaos). I saved a version of the digital one in process where it was closer to the original chalk board.

New Work

 

A Little New Work

 I embroidered these in the car on the way to my grandfather's burial this weekend. Life circumstances have made it difficult to create new work consistently these past few weeks but I do have these. One of them I created to wear at the gathering in honor of my grandfather.  The other is a tactile collage-like composition reflective of my recent mental state.

Using older photos

 These are some of the photos I took last year that started my obsession with certain photo spots around Beverly. I want to try to use some of these black and white photos mixed with bright colors to make minimal or simple versions of some of my earlier work. I might try to document the "hot spots" around Beverly/ the North Shore where I take the most pictures.
