The antique store had a ton of different signs. Thinking of how the some of my past experiments had merging and overlapping of images, it made sense to me to treat the type in this way too. Things get lost in translation. Below are isolated versions of the type (black and white and color) as well as some of my reconstructions. I have not used every piece of type from this collection, so I plan on using those in future variations.
